After merging with Dumez, the fluid giant firm is extending its reign to encompass the global market. Lyonnaise is not a company which chafes against the regulations; the reverse is true. It prides itself on being very ethical where public-service matters are concerned. The company's characteristic approach is - taking the form of joint ventures and alliances with string local partners. Lyonnaise aims to establish a presence in the Pacific Basin and the Indo-Chinese peninsula, ahead of potential rivals, with whom it could then negotiate joint ventures from a position of strength. |
