| Tiivistelmä: | This paper thinks that money can not be transferred into capital when labour becomes a commodity under the public ownership and the labour commodity relationship is not a relation between exploiters and the exploited. It also holds that "the theory of publicly-owned labour" must be discarded in order to open labour market. Only when the disparities in labourers' interests are recognized and guaranteed and labourers' capabilities of physical labour belong to themselves, can the labourers' enthusiasm be aroused. |
