Tiivistelmä:CS is the abbreviation of customer satisfaction. The dominant ideas of CS business strategy is that enterprises should keep to the stand of customers and analyze their demands from their perspectives and follow the principle of customer satisfaction in enterprises' whole business activities. So to implement this stragety in China, we should establish and perfect the legal system of socialist market economy, do well the work of quality in order to provide better external conditions for the implementation of CS business strategy. Besides, the enterprises should have a sense of urgency of enhancing their competitive power in order to create better internal conditions for the implementation of the strategy.
