| Tiivistelmä: | The main reason for China's financial difficulty is that the growth of financial revenue doesn't tally with the changes in the pattern of economic growth. In is manifest in the following: Financial revenue depends unduly on the industrial production field and on the national economy but neglects the distribution field. To solve the above problems we should adjust the structure of financial revenue, strengthen the regulation and control function of finance in income distribution and adjust the structure of payment and strengthen budget management. |
