| Tiivistelmä: | The real threat from high savings deposit in China at present finds expression in the following two aspects: One is that there exist a large amount of "bubble bank savings in savings deposit. The other is that money deposit and assets deposit are merged and can not be separated from each other. Although money is controlled strictly by the central bank, the amount of currency in circulation is still large. In view of this, we must conduct asset-liability ratio management as soon as possible and establish the effective micro financial basis suiting macro financial regulation and control. From the perspective of reform, China should still practise the moderately tight monetary policy. |
