| Tiivistelmä: | The author demonstrated the necessity ,value and practice of aged manpower-exploiment according to the hard situation of big tendency and weak economic foundation and unimprovment of social system of providing for the aged that China has faced to in the 21 century. The author also suggested some policies as follow:1 ,accelerating the community construction ,promote the providing for the aged system from familization and unitization to socialization ,from non-industrization to industrization. 2,accelerating the change of retirement in order to suit for the demand of upgrade and change of industry and heighten manpower-exploitation level. |
