They are,1,Adding investment on sciences-technique.2,Enterprise should be the main bodies of technical advanced.3, Developing science-technique should mix import with innovation.4, Technique should be combined with economy.5,Accelerating to develop risky investment and promote the procession of high technical industrization. |
