| Tiivistelmä: | Two large enlivening motivations to push economic operation are investment enlivening and consumption enlivening. The basic reason led to economic unsubstantial development is to pay much more attention to enlivening investment and ignore consumption under the condition of plan-economy. Consumption enlivening is different from investment enlivening, keep its own special balance, key and function, and is an important kind of ways to regulate economic operation. Consumption enlivening must have a hot-point of consumption, which must be supported by consumption groups. It's necessary for scientific choosing a hot-point of consumption and to make effective political resolution. |
