| Tiivistelmä: | The evaluation results based on Mincer Basic and Extension Models showed the repayment ratio of education in China's cities was smaller as compared with the average ratio of other developing countries but was in the process of rising. It was argued that the time for the employees and workers to get their maximum wages was becoming shorter and shorter, the marginal repayment ratio of their working period falling. The income equality in regions was getting larger and larger. The was gender discrimination of wages on the manpower market in China's cities. |
