| Tiivistelmä: | There exist a lot of fictitious practices in foreign investment in China's enterprises of "the three kinds of ventures". Such cases are as follows: The Chinese investors substitute for the foreign ones in investment; Borrowing money is true but investment is false; Domestic funds are past off as foreign funds, as a result of which using foreign investment is turned into being used by foreign investors, and foreign side withdrew its registered capital in disguised form. So we must straighten out our guiding thought on using foreign funds, have strict approval formalities, strengthen investigation of the investment credit of foreign businessmen and later-stage management of foreign-invested enterprises. |
