| Tiivistelmä: | The article systematically covers the area of lease financing.The stress is given to the lesse's point of view.Starting with classification of different leases, certain advantages and disadvantages of lease financing are exposed.The article highlights also various approaches of evaluating lease, comparing it with borrowing.The comparative analysis has to weigh a lot of elements to make the final choice between leasing and ownership.To enhance the use of lease financing, the government has its responsibilities as well: especially in offering incentives, making adaptable legislation and taxation rules. |
