| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the total amount of debts they owe to banks has reached several hundred billion yuan. Their harmful debts have also led to the harmful creditor's rights of the state specialized banks. So to make enterprises freed from harmful debts, we should administer it comprehensively, that is, combine it with the transformation of banks' harmful creditor's rights, the reforms of enterprises' property right system and the state's investment system as well as the introduction of foreign investment. There are five possible choices: converting creditor's rights into shares or shifting loans into investment, turning loans to bonds, auctioning creditor's rights, reorganizing debt relationship by means of merger and leasing and making some enterprises go bankrupt according to laws. |
