| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the management of state-owned assets in wholly foreign-owned ventures and the drain of state-owned assets and invisible assets in disguised form in sino-foreign joint ventures have been neglected. The drain of state-owned assets is attributed to the following: limitation of legal system of state-owned assets, weak responsibility sense of the workers in some related functional departments of the government, the intrinsic characteristics invisible assets and poor assets appraisal. In view of the above, we should perfect the legal system, strengthen the functional departments' dovetailing with each other, giving authority to the administrations of state-owned assets and standardizing the procedure of assets appraisal. |
