| Tiivistelmä: | Foreign countries support middle-small enterprises' development via the following financial ways: establishing laws and regulations to show support to middle-small enterprises, setting up specialized financial institutions to support the development of middle-small enterprises, setting up funds for middle-small enterprises, and implementing special financial policies for middle-small enterprises. China should draw on their experience and establish financial supporting system for middle-small enterprises, which should possess Chinese characteristics. Main contents include: perfecting laws and regulations to support middle-small enterprises, establishing banks for middle-small enterprises, establishing funds for middle-small enterprises, implementing special financially favorable policies for middle-small enterprises, and so on. |
