| Tiivistelmä: | There are various kinds of malpractice in our state-owned enterprises' capital structure under the current conditions that the system and rules of market economy are neither perfect nor regulated. To solve the problem of state-owned enterprises' capital structure, we must overstep the ideological model of property right priority, construct administrative model conforming to the requirement of modern enterprise system and reform the structure of enterprises' finance capital. These should serve as the basic ideological line of the reform of China's state-owned enterprises' structure and cultivation of market main body with competitive power. |
