| Tiivistelmä: | In december 1, 1998, the Hong Kong Exchange United passed the plan for the establishment of the creation industry board market and the first companies were listed on it in december 2,1999. As for this new type market of venture investment, the article analyzes the characteristics of the creation industry market compared with the primary board market and points out at the same time that the former provides the best exit place for the shares of the venture funds market. |
