| Tiivistelmä: | Practising 'debt-for-equity' is of important significance for quickening the reform of the state-owned enterprises and their getting rid of difficulties. The focus is on the establishment of the system of capital funds and the delimitation of maximum debt on the one hand, and the 'debt-for-equity' enterprises must meet the required conditions, their value must be evaluated comprehensively and seriously on the other. It is done so in accordance with rules and regulations to be helpful for vitalizing the non-performing assets and quickening the reform of the enterprises. |
