| Tiivistelmä: | The fundamental financing problem for popularly-run enterprises is that there is no financial organs for them. Therefore, it is extremely difficult for them to get credit from the bank. The channel of direct financing is narrow and the non-regular financing is strictly restricted. To solve the problems first, we should set up and perfect financial system for them. Second, we should take advantage of the capital market and adopt various measures to broaden financing channels. Third, we should establish the guaranteed and supervision system for them. Finally, we should establish a risk investment system for the healthy development of popularly-run high-tech enterprises. |
