| Tiivistelmä: | This paper examines the effect of monetary policy on the financing behaviour of companies. The authors study bank-dependent companies, which are more affected by monetary policy decisions than companies which have the capability to raise non-bank forms of external finance. The sensitivity of corporate debt structures to changes in the monetary policy stance is analysed with a sample of 22 000 companies in the Euro area and the UK. |
