| Tiivistelmä: | In 1994 the annual average wage of nation wide workers stood at 4538 yuan, which just equaled the monthly income of the highly-paid, while the wage of low-income people was barely above the bottom wage line stipulated by local governments. Those who invest in assets can be paid according to their assets under protection of the state's laws. Real distribution according to work will inevitably involves income gaps. Irrationally high income mainly occurs in fields where distribution is based on assets, while unreasonably low income is common in distributions according to labor. |
