| Tiivistelmä: | After analyzing the advantages and no advantages of utilizing foreign investment in China, this paper expresses its ideas of strategic shift and tactical adjustment. It thinks that expanding the new channels for financing and shifting the strategy of utilizing foreign investment mainly mean that focus of utilizing foreign investment will be shifted from direct financing to indirect financing. The aims are not only to satisfy the need of funds for domestic economic development but also to adapt to the new development but also to adapt to the new development trends in international capital flow. The concrete measures are to try to establish Chinese-foreign jointly-operated investment fund besides financing through listing beyond the territories. |
