| Tiivistelmä: | In view of demand, the inflow of foreign capital issues challenges on our macro-economic control system. Our reform of foreign exchange system and the realization of "soft landing" by inflation control succeeded under such background. Taking supply into account, the inflow of foreign capital inpours enormous capital for our sustained growth at a rather high speed. As a scarce resource, the technological contents and marginal production rates of foreign capital and domestic capital are different. The introduction of foreign capital accelerates reforming process. Its demonstrative effects are rather obvious. |
