| Tiivistelmä: | This paper analyzes the achievement of China's power industry in utilizing foreign investment, its characteristics and prospects. Then, it puts forward the orientation of optimizing the structure of utilized foreign investment: 1.mainly utilizing the preferential loans granted by the international financial organizations and foreign governments as well as export credit, which will still occupy the leading position in utilized foreign investment; 2.moderately increasing the proportion of foreign direct investment and fully using the modes of joint venture and cooperative venture; 3.encouraging project financing mode including BOT and TOT under the situation that the state imposes restrictions on guarantees; 4.making active tries to issue power bonds abroad. |
