| Tiivistelmä: | Using a structural equation model this article examines the effects of workplace empowerment (hererafter as: emp.) on job satisfaction in the context of nursing. It is concluded that empowerment can have positive impact on employees. The results indicate changes in structural emp. having direct impact on changes in psychological emp. and work satisfaction. However, a change in psychological emp. did not result in a significant change in job satisfaction. |
