Tiivistelmä:More and more corporations introduce performance based payment systems for their top managers. The concerned react with mixed emotions to the new situation because performance based payment systems have their own falseness. The main characteristics of the new loan concept are described and the experience large German enterprises have got with it is considered. Although the method of "money for performance" is not new because in the USA the salary of top managers depends completion of certain tasks, in Germany the fixed salary system is widely used.
