| Tiivistelmä: | Various empirical studies have been published focusing on the professional responsibilities allotted to and the qualifications expected of organizers. There has been no deeper analysis of the national labour market for organizers. Some research was carried out into the qualifications expected of the organizer and his duties within the enterprise. Which companies have recourse to the external labour market? What posts are advertised for those about to enter the field for the first time? What demands are made and what incentives offered? - these are some of the questions which are going to be answered. |
