That organizations typically use them to help manage little more than five or six of the organizational problem areas, is pointed out. How to employ the ten major uses of job descriptions, and be aware of the ten most frequent problems associated with job analyses, is presented. Attention is called to the added investment of doing job analyses and descriptions right as being worth the extra time, money and effort. |
