| Tiivistelmä: | The IPM's National Committee for Employment Relations has conducted a study on changes in working practices. They looked at 24 organisations in different business sectors. They examined the relations between pay structures and changing technology. It was found that companies place great value on manpower flexibility. It can be said that employers, unions and employees can all find advantage in adapting to changes. |
