| Tiivistelmä: | Enterprises are the point combining the shift of economic system with the shift of economic growth mode for they are the subject of economic activities and the state-owned enterprises are the main body of China's economic development too. If there is only the shift of economic system and enterprises still do not put sci-tech progress and raising the quality of laborers in the first place, it is difficult to realize effective growth of national economy. As far as the growth mode of foreign trade concerned, the extensive operation mode featuring seeking mainly growth in quantity do not conform to the strategic orientation of export development. So great efforts should be put on the reform of enterprises and experiments in pursuing modern enterprise system and the shift of the mechanism of foreign trade enterprises. |
