| Tiivistelmä: | On one hand, the development of the functions of China's bonded areas and their operational mechanism would both increase the introduction of foreign capital and the advanced equipment's, and promote the integration of China's economy with the world economy. On the other hand, it would also increase pressure on the economic and trade sectors in the aspects like giving the national treatment to foreign businessmen and reducing limits on market entrance-permitting. Compared with the international standards, this paper suggests that the name of bonded areas be changed into "free trade areas" and the corresponding adjustment be made in the set up of functions, management system and measures to reform. |
