| Tiivistelmä: | The regulation of export tax refund policy has brought about the increase of cost of enterprise's converting RMB into US Dollars reduction of economic return, capital shortage difficulties in business, overstocking and sluggish sales of products and weakening of foreign competitive power. On the other hand the regulation of tariff policy has played a positive role in promoting the export and import trade. It has lead to the rise of import and helped set the unified, standardized fair and rational policy of import taxation and realize the combination of import and export and bring along export with import. In a word, the regulation of tariff policy has more advantages than disadvantages and will serve to optimize the structure of overseas direct investment. |
