| Tiivistelmä: | From 1981 to 1991, China foreign trade's annual growth rate of export quantum was 12.3% while that of export volume only 10.7%. It reflects the phenomena that stress is laid on quantity and speed but quality and economic returns are neglected, which directly results from the traditional incentive model of objective of creating foreign exchange through export. So this paper puts forward a multi-level differential incentive model including "foreign exchange- creating through export" general incentive at the first level, "profit-earning" differential incentive at the second level, structural differential incentive at the third level and special incentive at the fourth level, covering the production system of export goods, general trading company and quality. |
