| Tiivistelmä: | A "Circular on Several Issues Concerning Border Trade" issued by the State Council in the early 1996 began to go into effect on April, 1st, that year. It characterises restoring, the historical regionalism, standardising the forms of border trade, reducing the management limit of commodities, extending the time limit of policies and stressing tax reduction and exemption. The implementation of new policies will speed up the development of foreign economic and trade co-operation, promote the development of resources and the process of industrialisation, benefit economic growth and facilitate the stability of border and the development of good-neighbourly relations. |
