| Tiivistelmä: | To join in the World Trade Organisation, China needs to reform its imperfect import system. The reform orientation is to adapt to the need of developing open economy which is linked with the world economy and is complementary to it and at last to establish a unified and high-efficient new import system. This system features economic leverage like tariff and exchange rate as the main means, and the method of protecting infant industries, anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and guarantee measures and rules which conform to the regulations set by the WTO as the supplementary ones. It aims at providing system guarantee for the active and healthy development of import trade. |
