| Tiivistelmä: | After analysing the main characteristics of the new regulations on the original places of production, this paper points out the its unfavourable influences on China's export of textiles. Because of the new regulations, China will have to redefine the standards of original places of production as to the textiles and clothing products exported to America. There will be more difficulties when China carries out the export business of textiles, especially processed clothing with America. In the new regulations are implied more trade restrictions imposed on China's textiles and clothing exported to America. The new regulations will also cause shock on Asia's export of garment to America and confusion to Hong Kong's export of garment. Meanwhile, the new regulations will be also unfavourable to American importers and retail dealers. |
