| Tiivistelmä: | The economic effect of national treatment varies from country to country. Therefore, we should select distinctly the industries for foreign direct investment according to the plentiful degree of resources of comparative factors, technological applicability and the comparative cost advantage. In the case of Tianjin city, the focus of foreign direct investment should be put on communications, electronics and real estate, and the projects and industries with scale of economy, which have comparative advantages. But as to basic industries, more investment should also be put in them. |
