| Tiivistelmä: | China's policy on domestic grain trade will be formulated according to the principle of shifting from "the government's purchasing grain" to "grain-marketing through market". Contents include the following: standardising the circulation order of grain to promote the development of grain market system, accelerating the reform of state-owned enterprises dealing with grain business and turning them into peasants-run economic organisations rapidly, establishing and developing important large wholesale markets for grain transaction in the major grain-producing and marketing areas, transforming China's circulation system of grain in line with the international practice and speeding up the process of integration of domestic and foreign trade. |
