| Tiivistelmä: | The focuses of anti-dumping conflict between Europe, America and China are 1. non-market economy countries, which includes such issues as the division of market economy and non-market economy countries and its influence, the definition of non-market economy countries in the Western countries' anti-dumping laws and China's method of determining the value of exports; 2. the prices of subrogate countries, which includes the selection of subrogate countries and the determination of their prices as well as China's corresponding tactics in view of many drawbacks in their prices; 3. the standards for ascertaining injury including material injury, threat of material injury and materially retarding the establishment of industry; 4. causality between dumping and injury. |
