| Tiivistelmä: | The reasons why Chinese exports are frequently charged with dumping lie in the following respects: foreign trade enterprises strive merely for earning foreign exchange, disregarding costs and competing and selling at a low price, some import countries and areas refuse to acknowledge Chinese domestic prices as market prices;our export companies have not actively turned to starting suits. So we have to strengthen efforts on publicity and help directors of foreign trade enterprises to establish a correct view on benefits; strength and give a full play to the function of chambers of commerce, improve the coordination and management level in the industry, supervise the behaviours of foreign trade enterprises effectively; act with united strength and actively resort to legal charges. |
