| Tiivistelmä: | Chinese enterprises have encountered foreign countries' anti-dumping repeatedly. The following contribute to it: Chinese enterprises' understanding of the mode of competition still stays at a low level of taking low price competition as the core. Their concept of legal system is faint commonly and they turn a blind eye to the stipulations and procedures of the international anti-dumping law. And the government department has prejudice in understanding. In view of the above, we should strengthen publicity to the "Anti-Unethical Competition Law" and the "Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidy Regulations of the People's Republic of China "and law enforcement perfect legal system, enhance export management and diversify market. |
