| Tiivistelmä: | Allowing private enterprises to do foreign trade is an innovation in reform of foreign trade system in China. On the basis of the existing foreign economic and trade system, the government should take a flexible attitude towards the export-oriented operation of private enterprises and give them as full support as possible in production, technology and tax revenue. Especially it should take a titling credit policy. Besides, an ad hoc association for promotion of the international marketing and overseas investment of private enterprises should be formed with a view to helping many domestic private enterprises to develop the export of products. |
