| Tiivistelmä: | Dumping and anti-dumping are contradictory. Dumping has been consistently regarded as an action to sell at low prices, to disturb the market through unfair competition means and jeopardize the production of other countries, but it also has some objective significance of its existing. Anti-dumping can protect the fair competition and prevent its industries from damage, but it has evolved into a kind of trade barrier because of the indiscriminate use by the developed countries. The relations between dumping and anti-dumping should be examined in the following three respects:(1)whether the purpose of dumping is monopolization (2)whether the purpose of dumping is to threaten the industries that have been newly developed. (3)whether the purpose of dumping is to shift a crisis on to others. |
