| Tiivistelmä: | The main reasons restricting American export to China and influencing bilateral trade balance is American "containing" policy toward China and its discriminatory technology export control. We can see that U.S. is the second or third technology exports country, while Japan and E.U. members account for a big proportion in China's technology import. The control policy make American tradesmen loss many opportunities in China's market, annually several billion dollars loss, and make trade deficit toward China. |
