| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the international communities conduct frequent anti-dumping investigation. Some are reasonable according to some evidence; however, there are some unreasonable discriminating elements that are dominantly manifested in setting up trade barriers, proposing over critical demand. Some western countries regard China as "non-market economy country", lack openness and do at will in choosing substitute member, abuse their rights of anti-dumping, intent to realize the political purpose of containing China. Due to the efforts in every way, such kind of unreasonable discriminating elements undergo the tendency of weakening. |
