| Tiivistelmä: | With the completion of the eighth round of GATT-WTO negotiation, tariffs reduced in a large scale, and non- tariff barriers lessened. However, measures of technical barrier to trade increase gradually, which is influencing international trade including China export-trade industry more and more. Diversified measures of technical barrier to trade will not only become important factors that affect the 21st century international trade development, but also will be the essential content of future deeper WTO negotiations. Due to the low degree of economic development, non-member of WTO, and structure and level of export commodities is far behind, China export-products are facing with challenges from developed countries' measures of technical barrier to trade. |
