| Tiivistelmä: | The coincidence between the rise of knowledge economy and the turn of phase of domestic economic development provides China with a new opportunity to import advanced technologies. China's import of technologies geared to the new century should adopt correspondent guidelines and measures. In the concrete, we should do better in the following aspects: adopt the strategy of technological import suitable to the phase of economic development; carry out the guideline to promote priorities in import of technologies; emphasize the integrity of imported technologies and digestion of them; foster the subjects that can make innovations through such imports. |
