| Tiivistelmä: | The readjustment in the foreign trade policies mainly includes:increasing export refund rate and entitling enterprises of various kinds to import or export; implementing the strategy of "revitalizing foreign trade through science and technology" and optimizing export product mix; upgrading the domestic processing trade and and developing offshore processing trade; implementing multiple market strategies; gradually opening service trade. Suggestions: we should draft specific policies to guide the processing trade, pay attention to the spreading of domestic advanced technologies and increase the international competitiveness of our machinery and electrical equipment; give full play to the driving force of credit on the development of foreign trade and encourage medium and small-sized enterprises to expand exports. |
