| Tiivistelmä: | The paper discusses conflict in public-sector construction on Saudi Arabia. It examines where conflict occurs, what conflict is about and what is believed to cause it. Finally, the paper examines methods of conflict resolution, their frequency of use and their rank order of perceived effectiveness. The results show that, in Saudi Arabia, conflict in public-sector construction occurs most frequently in the key relationships of the contractor and the client, and the contractor and the consultant. |
