| Tiivistelmä: | Over recent years, three group of solutions, totaling nine alternative projects, have been proposed by each of actors in Lisbon constructing conflict - the municipality of Lisbon, the Lisbon Node Bureau and the Portuguese Railway Company. This paper describes the multicriteria approach followed to support the creation of a new "good" (win-win) compromise solution of the problem of constructing the new railway link to the port of Lisbon by the planning team based on the study of the consequences of the existing alternatives. In particular, the paper describes the structuring phase of the study and the use of disaggregation-aggregation approach to take into account the different value system of the stakeholders. |
