| Tiivistelmä: | Guidelines for the successful introduction of project management, where the environmental and organisational conditions warrant such adaptation, to revitalize sluggish and ineffective management practices encountered in developing countries. The authors recommend its use only when certain technical, political and environmental conditions exit, and it is incorporated into an indigenous framework, based on local values, beliefs and behavioural patterns. Advice is given on the correct form and guidelines. |
